Job Description
-Job Summary: -Preparing pictorial reports for the customers -Communication and preparing right E-mails -The Project Coordinator, serving in high level support role, is accountable for supporting the capital project team to deliver and complete capital projects on time and within scheduled plan. -Essential duties and responsibilities: -Assists in providing basic planning, design and engineering support -Coordinates construction activities including contact with customer(s) contact persons, field observation or construction work for compliance with scheduled plans -Obtains job numbers for projects, completes and submits permit applications, prepares necessary orders as well as submitting them in customers’ system on time and of course in appropriate manner -Inspects work of team members as required -Prepares project status reports and project schedules -Performs other duties as assigned -Works under general supervision -Collecting evidences from the filed members and providing appropriate reports to the Coordinator and Project Manager -Ensure the delivery and completion of capital teams’ tasks on time and within scheduled plan and for being responsive to requests from operations, engineering, and all concerned parties during which a project is going on. This is achieved by efficient use of time through good organizational skills, diligent record keeping, and by resolving issues and questions during the course of a project in an expeditious manner
Requirements
-University degree in Bachelor of Science -2 years of experience in telecom implementation projects or related field -Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be in touch with customers’ project members -Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets and databases -Able to speak and make a communication in English language fluently -Qualities of a Successful Project/ Documentation Coordinator: -Flexible, thoughtful, accountable, and passionate about work -Willingness to learn -Strong written and oral communication skills -Excellent customer service support and interventions with a ‘can-do’ attitude -Highly organized -Goal driven -Approachable -Technical knowledge and competency requirements -Web Based Learning, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software -Working Knowledge: Principles and practices of project coordination, safe work practices -Ability to: Analyze and input data on project schedules, communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, professional associates and with the general public -Fully aware of documentation skills and software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
