Job Description
As our project controls specialist you will control the project by keeping it from exceeding budgets and deadlines. To deliver a successful project, you will help teams in all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure).
How will you contribute to the team?
- You will review project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and changes to meet quality guidelines and help managers to make necessary adjustments.
- You will provide controls for marketing projects as assigned including, WBS and work order development, schedule development, report project status, price and schedule project changes, cost estimates.
- You will monitor project schedules to ensure compliance with specifications.
- You will make recommendations regarding schedule issues to management.
- you will participate in the negotiation of proposed work changes and schedule changes with the project team.
- You will ensure that the work is performed within established guidelines including approvals and execution.
- You will control the project's budget and you will prepare cash flow reports for projects and make recommendations to CMO on cost and schedule alternatives.
Reporting to: CMO.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Months.
