PEDCO as a private experienced professional strategy. This project is a research project and it is supposed to review the core strategy plan at the level of international study, the Platform business model along with a case study and research and analysis of the Chinese Market and West International Market. Our collaboration agreement is in the form of a freelancing agreement at least for 6 months and at least 15 hours-research and study every week. The whole round of collaboration will be done non-physical and online virtually. In order to provide further details, this cooperation will be implemented in the form of a freelancing and consulting contract, the weekly monitoring is supervised in the form of a virtual video conference by supervisory of Iranian- International super experts through a professional team under the rules of the OKR mechanism. The outlines of our whole strategic pillars are the 7 pillars as follows: ● Regulatory pillar ● Marketing pillar ● Technology Pillar ● Operation Pillar ● HR Pillar ● Leadership Pillar ● Financial Pillar Each of these pillars is supervised by a research and study team, all of which are led by an integrated expert as the head of the lead group, and the role of the Control Project Manager is to monitor and control the project the final production processes according to the integrated program. Familiarity Option: some of the topics of what the Control Project expert would be preferably a little familiar with as a digital native project are as follows: Operation Pillars: ● Closed architecture. ● Open architecture. ● Operation processes. ● Process model. ● Process algorithm. ● Facilities/servers. ● Outsourcing. ● Front-End technologies. ● Back-End technologies. ● Offshoring. ● Crowdsourcing. ● Insourcing. ● SCM. ● Logistic (inbound, outbound). ● Business process management. ● Procurement policies. Finally, the themes of “customer journey” and the Final Blue Print document in Control Project Management Pillar should be developed and ended by the hired person during the studies and research of these above components of the Control Project Management Pillar under the weekly OKR program. In addition, guidance and lead on research resources and study of these components provide by our company to the recruited person via our company's international and professional leadership team persons every week.
