Job Description
- Develop, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates, commitments,
expenditures, progress and productivity, work plans, schedules, and costs.
- Review, process, and track sub-consultant invoices.
- Review the expenditure details to identify any incorrect charges.
- Update the projects’ data, progress, and expenditures and review the activities’ duration and
logic sequence.
- Identify the potential problems of the projects early, report issues to the manager and work
with the project team to implement recovery plans.
- Produce planning and scheduling reports and analysis.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in PMBOK, budget, and cost/revenue estimation.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Prepare analytic reports about the progress and the delay of projects.
- Provide the projects’ control documents, create an accurate and organized filing system
considering the company procedures.
- Request and track all required Project Construction Documentations including executed
- Contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents.
