Job Description
1. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, risks, resources, schedule, and scope
2. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
3. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
4. Create a total work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
5. Required to complete the project the project activities; revise the schedule as required
6. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and reports
7. Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level and various management reports
8. Define and measure Project Time Performance indexes
9. Interact with Project Managers and Resource Managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules and identification of variances from the approved plan
10. Define and measure Project KPIs
11. Identifying all stakeholders at the beginning of the project and getting their requests and idea about the project
12. Creating a strategy to manage the stakeholders.
13. Communicating with the customers and involving them in the projects
14. Creation of WBS, PMS, PMP, Project Charter and relevant procedures and instructions.
15. Control cost, time and resources in order to update the project schedule.
