Job Description

As an experienced Eslim technical Project Architect, it’s your job to lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects. The Eslim Tehran office has a growing, worldwide base of Commercial Office Building and Hospitality Developers and Corporate Campus clients. You will leverage your technical acumen in Revit and Autocad to drive client projects from concept through build. What You Will Do: - Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination - Resolve complex technical and design issues - Maintain the project manual and specifications - Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews - Process submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc. during construction

Requirements

- 5_10 years of relevant experience as a technical project architect. - Commercial & Hospitality studio experience is required - Revit and AutoCad experience is required - BA / MA in Architecture or related field such as Interior Architecture - State Licensure - Ability to complete a full set of construction documents - Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures - Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done - Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills For consideration, candidates with approved resume should present work samples that reflect their experience.
