Job Description

This position is a role which encompasses the full marketing mix to generate revenue by increasing product values. using market research, plan and execute pricing, promotion, product and brand identity to market segment. Main Responsibilities: • Market, consumer and competitive intelligence: develop deep understanding, achieve strong insights and deliver actionable analysis. • Definition of products and product quality; lead product development. • Drive innovation for key projects/brands: identify innovation opportunities based on consumer insights and market/consumer trends and discontinuities; lead innovation projects and brand/product launches. • Sizing and pricing. • Packaging: structural packaging and design. • Communication (ATL and BTL) and media plans and executions. • Brand activation at the POS: sales material, POS material, samplings, tastings, road shows etc. • Brand/project specific trade programs, tailor made promotions and Category. • Management within the framework of SOLICO/Bonny Chow’s trade marketing activities. • Manage relationships with key partners (market research, communication and design departments/agencies etc.). • Assist in the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements. • Ensure designs meet performance specifications, regulatory and manufacturing requirements. • Work with marketing professionals to ensure a successful launch of the product.

Requirements

• BSC/MS in marketing management, MBA, Industrial design. • At least +5 years of relevant experience (The experience in FMCG is an important). • age: 33-38 no matter male or female. • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills. • Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. • Self-Motivated and ability to work in a team. • Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. • Good knowledge of special software in marketing is an advantage. • Ability to search on internet in both Persian and English language. • Fluent in English. • Demonstrated ability to bring products from concept to market. • Ability to interact with customers and consumers in a professional manner. • Depth of knowledge in product design and promote. • Strong analytical capabilities. Working principle: • Travel: Routine travel almost internal. • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 8 AM-4 Pm, Thursday; 8 AM-1 Pm. • Reporting to: Brand Marketing Manager.
