Job Description
• Management and control of production line efficiency • Optimizing production cycle times • Management of product scrap reduction • Identifying the causes of machine downtimes and provide solution to minimize downtimes • Strong leadership of production personnel • Management of continual improvement in the production department • Management and optimization of raw material consumption of production machines in order to reduce raw material scrap • Identifying and analyzing the defects of products produced by the machines and provide remedial action to resolve the problem • Control and maintaining the implementation of 5S in production hall • Provides daily guidance and information to the product line team regarding status of production schedules. • Participates in Daily production meetings and drives Weekly Production meeting with stakeholders. • Analyzes planned order reports and provides timely release of production work orders specified by the Production Plan. • Mastery in production planning and maintenance of equipment • Capable in running production plans and monitoring the subset performance • Capable in reporting and tracking inconsistencies
Requirements
• Bachelor or advanced degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent • Minimum 5 years experiences within the chemical products industry as a production manager • Familiar with quality management systems • No military obligation for male candidates • Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility. • Strong in English communication. • Fluent knowledge of Microsoft office programs • Strong communication skills and presentation skills. • Leadership Skills – Lead entire facility through schedule
