Job Description

•Main Objective: The MIG Holding Company is searching for a talented high energetic professional “CEO” with over 20 years progressive experience managing operations within the ”hygiene goods Manufacturing” Sector. Our factory is located in Yazd industrial zone and the successful candidate should able to drive this organization through the next stage of its strategic and operational development. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. •Main Responsibilities -Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives -Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team -Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission -Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits -Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements -Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders -Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth -Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company Other Skills and Conditions -Work place is in Yazd industrial Zone and the successful candidate will stay at Yazd city -Salary and Settlement Costs and facilities will be negotiable


-M.S. in Engineering and business administration or relevant field Please send your application and up-to-dated CV on our Iran Talent account before 31nd Dec 2020, Otherwise your application will not be considered -More than 20 years proven experience as CEO or in other top managerial position in Cellulous or Hygiene industries or related filed -Extensive experience at medium or large firms with over 250 employees -Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision -Thorough knowledge of Production Planning, performance evaluation, training methods and staff empowerment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong public and governmental sector dialogue abilities -Thorough understand of Trade Low, Business Environment, Budget Implementation, Market Positioning and Competitors Tracking -Familiar with International contract terms and conditions -Compatible with Private sector vision and values -Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles -Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, HR, finance -In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices -An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills -Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills -Familiar with working IT devices and common software like MS-Office, MS-Project and performance evaluation Models are essential -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 45 -Fluent in English “both writing and oral” is an advantage
