Location: MM Packaging Tehran Factory;
Duration: 3 Months;
Cooperation Type: Full Time;

To strengthen our motivated Operational Teams at our MM Tehran, we are looking for a passionate Production Intern.

Your Role:

• You understand printing and packaging processes (Offset, Gravure, Die-cut, etc.).
• You find an overview of factory workflow, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• You understand the operation of quality standards.
• You are ambitious to constantly learning about machinery, cylinders, inks, board & paper used in packaging.
• You assist with daily operations and learn about problem-solving tools.
• You are looking forward to conducting quality checks on printed materials for defects and compliance.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete a mini-project focused on improving a process or troubleshooting an issue.
• You have profound experience in projects and presenting findings, and recommendations at the end of the internship.

Requirements:

• Educational background: Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of the printing industry.
• Eagerness to learn and initiative.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• English skills: at least intermediate.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
