Job Description

• Monitoring and controlling the raw materials in the warehouse and planning its purchase and the necessary follow-ups from the purchasing unit for timely delivery to the raw materials warehouse • Receiving sales plan based on long-term and short-term orders and planning its production and presenting it to the production and monitoring unit and controlling its scheduling • Develop long term and short term plans for increasing production capacity and decreasing costs • Inventory control and scheduling orders • Material planning • Monitoring the production process according to the short and long term plans • Analysis of the plans and smart problem solving • Preparing the required reports • Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. • Manage and facilitate cooperation between different departments and divisions - Identify and optimize processes - Aligning organizational processes with business strategies - Documentation and continuous review of organizational processes - Establish and implement workflow management structures - Simplify and clarify the organization's processes to facilitate the use of the organization's people in performing daily tasks - Preparation of executive methods and instructions - Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency - Develop or implement programs to address problems related to production, materials, safety, or quality - Modify equipment or processes to improve resource or cost efficiency
