Job Description
The incumbent of this job is responsible for carrying out all production-related matters in order to reach the KPIs, as well as the continuation of production based on the plan received from the planning dep in accordance with the quality standards defined for JTI products.
Providing Safe work environment for shop floor employees and to ensure 5S standards in shop floor
Carrying out all steps to achieve production KPI’s: OEE, Reject rate and downtime decrease as well as quality KPI"s: Beetle count, MQR and Costumer complaint.
Carrying out relevant projects in order to create knowledge and meet the quantitative and qualitative goals of production.
To be responsible for continuous improvement the technical knowledge of production employee and communicating with the team under the supervision of identifying and evaluating their training needs. Respect all JTI values, code of conduct, policies and procedures, it is the duty of the employee to care for the health and safety to prevent accidents and illness. Fully understand the health and safety aspects of their work and know about its possible risk. and in order to maintain the health and safety of their workplace. Develop their skills to perform a healthy and safe work, good communication with ITC staff, carry out the required safety and health information, display signs, posters, warnings and written instructions and follow them and should know JTIs legal regulations as well as EHS requirements related to occupational hazards and comply with all applicable regulations to report and eliminate unsafe conditions.
Competencies:
Bachelor or master's in engineering fields (Mechanical, Electronic)
Experience in preferably FMCG production environments
Excellent level of English proficiency in all skills writing, listening, reading and speaking
Proficient in MS office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Technical knowledge is advantage
