As product owner you will be working directly with developers, QA, UX designers and product managers in order to translate business needs and requirements into great products and services for our customers. We are looking for candidates who have relentless spirit in fighting for what matters for the customers and business. This individual must have excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with Designers, Product Managers, Software Developers and Scrum Masters on a daily basis. Responsibility -Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories - Work closely with Product Managers and customers to fully understand and articulate customer needs, problems and processes to enable product definition and to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI - Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Be responsible for the success of the delivered features in the sprint - Strong ownership over the backlog and communicating with stakeholders - Be fully aware of the state of the art of the similar products she or he is working on - Be responsible to communicate the necessary incidents to product managers and provide solutions in case change of plan is needed - Ability to understand the risk of solutions and impact on the customer - Ability to clearly explain the strategy of the organization within the next year and explain why and communicate how the backlog is supporting the strategy - Ability to communicate in technical terms with the development team - Ability to communicate the backlog to product managers - Strong ability in handling conflicts within the team - Strong attitude towards getting the job done and helping the team in all way possible - Serve as the primary interface of the business with the SCRUM team and take ownership for ensuring backlog is maintained so each successive Sprint can be planned clearly and efficiently - Lead daily scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement meetings - Based on defined product definition, create requirements and work with developers to create Epics and User Stories - Having the strong capability in communicating the result of analysis and state the results very clearly - Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate the successful launch
