Job Description
•The Product Manager will create the basis for product promotion and sales in line with prepared marketing plan and approved budget for the products. Monitoring all marketing activities as well as market analysis and developing the creative solutions to overcome business challenges in market in a close collaboration with sales team.
•Key responsibilities:
-Develop relationship with key target HCP (KOLs, Health Care Persons)
-Prepare launch plans, marketing plan and budget files of related products
-Develop and execute brand growth strategies and tactics
-Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes and competition.
-Support sales team with target HCPs group meetings, co-visits, on the job trainings to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products' strategies
-Joint field work with the sales team to enhance Implementation of product strategies and also to analyze market needs and market development trends
-Advertising and Promotional Budget control
-Training of Medical representative
