Job Description

•Main Objective: Iran Rayaneh is seeking a product manager for its new generation of Enterprise Content Management system. As a product manager in IRCO team you will be responsible to Collect and document customer requirements for your product. Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle including customer feedback, requirements, testing and other issues •Main Responsibilities: -Translate the business vision into your product vision, by understanding the market, customers, competitors, standards, regulations, technology and trends -Collect and document customer requirements for your product. Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle including customer feedback, requirements, and issues -Decide on requirement implementation priorities and review implemented requirements regarding market acceptance and customer value -Ensure product development and growth initiatives are successfully executed to meet market, technical, financial and schedule requirements

Requirements

-University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent -Minimum 5 years' experience preferably in B2B software product management -Background in software solutions, web-based software solutions, and process & workflow management -Passion for sharing ideas and collaborating with teams of different background and across location -Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients, business analysts, developers -Exposure and/or understanding of office automation, testing will be beneficial -Experience with development tools such as Jira is a plus -Ability to quickly learn new platforms and frameworks -Business analysis and strategy development skills -Skills such as analytic thinking and creativity -Self-motivated, energetic and team player -Ability to work with cross-function teams -Strong communication skills -Management skills -Fluent in English
