Job Description

● To manage the E2E delivery process of new products and services aligned with MTNIrancell’s strategies and timelines. ● To manage all customer touchpoints (all channels) to deliver new products and enhance current ones. ● To manage agile development of assigned new products and services with the objective of maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and exploring revenue opportunities. ● To promote the digital channels using digital marketing tools. ● To create customer-centric design and improve the UI/UX. Responsibilities: ● To liaise with “Business Analysis and Product Design” and “Product Operations” members as cross-functional teams to plan and deliver new products/services on all required channels in an agile way to realize all planned benefits accordingly. ● To liaise with all required business divisions as new service stakeholders to collect and analyze their requirements to implement them on required channels. ● To liaise with technical divisions (ITS and Network) to make required feasibility study completed and start service implementation on all required channels. ● To play the role of “Channel management and Product Delivery” in cross-functional teams to work on new products and services’ value Streams. ● To liaise with the “Business Analysis and Product Design” team to collect and analyze stakeholders’ requirements and design and implement the services on all required channels. ● To manage to explore, identify, and implement new product delivery processes like Lean and Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). ● To support “Product Design” and “Product Operation” teams to draw up and document detailed product specifications (URS), and customer journey maps for new product ideas/enhancements/changes. ● To manage channels and product delivery processes to maximize product performance and meet the defined targets. ● To stay up to date with UI/UX trends and incorporate these where applicable. ● To translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces. ● To collaborate effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams. ● To work closely with Front-end engineers to ensure that design requirements are met. ● To possess a strong knowledge of the e-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends. ● To support preparing tender documents of related products and control and evaluate efficient and effective tender participants to select the best vendor for product delivery. ● To prepare product roadmap on different channels and design commercial releases to launch the product into the market gradually. ● To participate in clarification sessions with vendors, ITS, and other required departments and stakeholders to finalize the required solution on different channels. ● To participate in all required channel committees (like customer touchpoint, E-shop, DPOS, etc.). ● To manage to develop detailed test cases for new/enhancement of products and share it with ITS Quality and other stakeholders aligned with “Product Design” and “Product Operations” teams. ● To manage developing Go to Market plan for new products and enhanced services, aligned with Product Design” and “Product Operations” teams. ● To manage E2E test and delivery of new products on different channels, analysis and monitoring quality of service, before and after commercial launch to ensure compliance to product objectives. ● To ensure the proper rollout of new products and services throughout the wide geography of Iran. ● To manage all plans to launch a new device in the market E2E (modem, handset, smart home devices, watches, etc.). ● To manage the development of training programs and technical support guides for product suite by CR, S&D, and Legal, and aligned with Product Design and Product Operation teams. ● To monitor the performance of live products and services on different channels against business cases and targets and support revising communication plan aligned with Product Design and Product Operation teams. ● To prepare necessary delivery reports of assigned products and services on different channels for higher management. ● To monitor product lifecycle on all channels and take necessary actions based on product or services’ stage aligned with Product Design and Product Operation, teams. ● To manage trade shows exhibitions and press conferences to introduce new products and services to the public. ● To research, identification, and implementation of new digital channels to deliver the services. ● To manage to define the exact target for each channel in order to make sure company target will be covered from a different point of view, like revenue-wise, NPS, CRA requirement and etc.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications, Computer, or Industrial Engineering ) or related fields. ● MBA is an advantage. ● Minimum of 3 years experience in the area of Business Analysis and Product Development. ● Working experience in IT and Telecommunications organizations.
