Job Description

As a product designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our new e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and developers, to create seamless shopping experiences for our customers. You will have the opportunity to design a product from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Create user persona, user flow, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Optimize the user journey to provide the best experience to users.
Ensure that all benchmarks, tests, and interviews are documented.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Work with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented in the final product.
Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
At least 2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on e-commerce products or web applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Figma.
Familiarity with working with components and design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with front-end development technologies.
