Job Description

The position holds the responsibility of all company products design and development in different channels based on Sales & Marketing strategies and customer requirements. It is a critical role in team which shall understand business requirements and leads the technical team to deliver projects successfully. Main responsibilities are as below: - Manage all software and application projects including design, develop, test, deploy, and support - Create supportive relation between business team and technical team to achieve company targets - Manage internal and external communications to ensure effective project management - Design the product/solution architecture based on business requirements - Manage sales supportive monitoring dashboards to ensure best quality service to customers - Manage reporting systems to support different teams (Finance, Customer relation, Sales & Marketing, etc.) - Act as a professional system analyzer and designer in the process of product development
