Job Description

Job description and duties - Employee of this job is responsible for controlling and following up on the supply of general items required by the company based on ERP - Reviewing the registration of documents related to the goods in order to preserve the items before delivery. - Compliance of goods with orders issued in order to ensure on time, and appropriate supply of goods and services required. - Following up on current and previous orders in order to supply goods and services properly. - Raw materials procurement according to schedule. - Evaluating suppliers after purchase - Recording the buyers and suppliers information. - Follow up all administrative and commercial affairs of the purchased materials until they reach the factory - Taking care of purchased materials until the problem is resolved - Registration of all purchase orders.

Requirements

-Male or female - Has a bachelor's / master's degree - Age 28 to 35 years - Passed military service for men - 5 years of related work experience in the field of Procurement. - Having good performance certificate from previous employers. - Enough English skill. - Being familiar with office software and as well asautomation systems. - Master in sales process with great public relations, spirit of cooperation, teamwork, mastery of negotiation techniques and meeting management. - Valid guarantor - Performing other related tasks.
