Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Research and data analysis skills, Vendor sourcing and evaluation, Cost analysis and cost control, Negotiation and contract understanding, Supply chain and packaging materials knowledge, ERP familiarity, Cross-functional communication, Problem solving and conflict resolution, Ethical conduct and accountability, Ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier selection to participate in RFQ/ITT - Issue ITT/RFQ Purchasing goods and services.
• Bid/Tender/Quotation evaluation & cost control - Benchmark price analysis
• Financial settlement with finance department & suppliers – Cash flow and working capital support
• Flexibility and agility, Time management and prioritization, Cross-functional communication.
• Supplier development & Supplier relationship management, and evaluation.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Discounting cost by initiating competition & Negotiations understanding
• Ownership mindset, Self-leadership & ability to work independently
Experience:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement
department is required.
