Job Description
- Purchasing different kinds of raw material (such as polymers, carton, masterbatch, labels, etc.) from different local suppliers - Searching and identifying new sources and suppliers for different merchandises - Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history - Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices - Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance
Requirements
- Education: BA or Masters Degree (preferably in a related subject) - Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing and procurement - Must be completely familiar with standard and systematic procedures of procurement - Must know different sources and suppliers in different fields - Conceptual and Analytical Skills - Good office skills - Problem solving skills and strong communication skills - Ability to work as team player
