Job Description

Main responsibilities : • Processing of arriving orders from shops • Placing of the order online on factory of Villeroy & Boch • Work with back-order at factory of Villeroy & Boch • Realization of shipment of the goods • Preparation of the necessary documentation for customs clearing • Work with the customs broker before receipt on a warehouse • Distribution of the arrived goods in shops • Regulation of distribution of the goods between warehouses of shops and in the central warehouse • Gives commissions and writes out necessary documents to the forwarding agent who brings the goods to shops • Gives the report to the Business Development Manager of Villeroy & Boch. Reporting to : Business Development Manager Subordinates : 1 Duration : 3 month probation followed by one year contract Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 3 month Working hours : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Travel requirements : No
