Main responsibilities:
Process design, process improvement, and fastening, generate ppap documents, control production indicator, continuous improvement, jigs and fixtures design, pokayoki, lean manufacturing
Reporting to: Engineering manager
Number required: 1
Duration: 1 year contract and extendable
Desired start date: April 2010
Probation: 3 months
Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Requirements
University qualifications: BSc/MSc in mechanical engineering
Specialist knowledge: ppap documentation, apqp, Iso /ts16949,8d techniques, fmea ,autocad, catia, jigs and fixtures design and manufacturing, familiar with welding, pokayoki, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement
