Job Description

- Manage Public relation department. - Managing, developing and implementing communication strategies for the organization and advice management on communication issues and strategies. - Liaising with and answering inquiries from media - Do the necessary planning of seminars, conferences, exhibitions and commercial, cultural & religious activities. - Regulation of important announcements and news to inform personnel, provide photos, videos and slide from celebrations. - Doing necessary planning for reports and news required to be published. - Perform the necessary coordination with relevant departments, internally and also institutions outside the organization. - Preparation and delivery of educational books, tapes and CDs and ... for personnel and installation of cultural, religious and commercial banners and posters. - Ensure consistent framing of messages. - Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs. - Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations. - Monitor public opinion regarding organization or particular issues. - Oversee production of visual, audio and electronic material, including managing websites. - Develop risk assessments and implement crisis management plans to ensure the organization’s reputation is maintained. - Present arguments on behalf of organization to government, other organizations and special interest groups. - Supervise activities of public relation staff. Reporting to: CEO Working hours: sat-wed (8am-5:30pm) Travel requirements: occasional travel within country
