Job Description
- Defining Epics and features and user stories - Work with the business and product manager to prioritize the backlog - Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, release planning - Assessing the velocity of the team - Creation of WBS, PMS, PMP, Project Charter and relevant procedures and instructions. - Prepare project schedule using relevant project Software. - Implement project controls, collect project data and monitor progress of work. - Highlight to project team on issues causing delay of project completion. - Handle meetings and reporting to projects stakeholders - Incorporate the establishment of a project management methodology into which fits project management needs - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in corporation with project managers - Control cost, time and resources in order to update the project schedule.
Requirements
Education: - At least Bachelor degree in industrial engineering/Information Technology Work Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in IT control project Skills and Knowledge: - Experience of planning/ scheduling in PMO - Familiar with Agile principles and Scrum framework - Familiar with PMBOK standard, especially time & cost management - Expert in relevant and appropriate software - performing Team performance KPI and goal setting - Strong communication skills - Must be a good team player - Ability to challenge and work under pressure - Needs to be pro-active, flexible with a can-do attitude
