Job Description

The senior monitoring specialist should take necessary action against the offending sellers based on the existing guidelines and approved SOPs with a proper understanding of the violations in the digital goods market. It also prevents repetition of the violation by responding properly to sellers protesting the performance of Digikala.

  • Report his/her and the team's performance and, considering the consequences of his/her and the team's decisions and actions, be able to provide useful suggestions for improving the team's performance by properly analyzing the conditions of the team and the company.
  • Create files and reports requested by your supervisor and help the team leader explain and write new processes using creativity and existing data.
  • Help the team members.
  • Check income hints about sellers’ offenses and gather enough documents and make the correct decision based on the process at the right time.
  • Follow up on the root cause of the claims and propose solutions.
  • Propose solutions for keeping the process updated and find the best way of handling sellers’ offenses issues.
  • Check sellers’ products do not sell any offensive items.
  • Ensure that replying to the issues comes from unions/legal at the mentioned time.
  • Ensure all the problematic sellers are under control and well-tracked.

  • Technical expertise in gathering data.

  • Expert with Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
