Job Description

•Main Objective: The Plant Manager is responsible for directing and controlling the daily operations of plant operations including: Production, Quality Control, and overall Maintenance. -Developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs -Works directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production and distribution operations -Instituting policies & procedures -Training supervisors & administrators -Maintaining a production schedule -Giving performance reviews & motivating staff to meet production goals -Recruiting, hiring and training personnel, and plant up-keep and capital improvements -Annual budget planning and execution -Be involved in developing policies and procedures designed to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production problems -Responsible for upholding a safe work environment -To this end, the plant manager will be responsible for Process Improvement, with the objective of reducing overall costs and enhancing customer satisfaction -Strategic & operational interactions with general manager and top management *Salary will depend on Relevant Years of experience, Exposure in Relevant Technology and Process, Current Role & Responsibilities, Span of control
