Job Description

- Preparation of project WBS - Project plan - Project Cost control - Project Daily/Monthly and other managing reports - Progress monitoring - Create project schedules - Maintain project budgets - Schedule meetings - Record important decisions made in meetings - Prepare progress reports - Create progress presentations for senior management - Ensure that team members meet deadlines, scheduling, monitoring, and control of the progress of the project is based on the PMS, as well as the preparation of periodic reports and Support Project Managers to maintain timely and effective change management processes and procedures - Continual update of the project plans - Preparing a weekly report to the manager - Monitoring project execution - Preparing and publishing status reports and analytical information - Identify the Critical Project Path and report it to management - Updating project management information systems - Preparing of Time Schedule, Preparing of reports, weekly and monthly Base on clients format - Knowledge of all standards required for process and systematic advancement of organizational activities and monitoring the accuracy of related processes
