Job Description

-Evaluating step-by-step project management processes -Selecting, training and overseeing project team members -Creating and adjusting project budgets -Forecasting project goals and completion -Developing project scheduling, budgeting and progress reports -Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure -Manages and oversees project controls for engineering and construction projects -Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review -Manages project controls personnel -Provides guidance and consultation for project managers -Analyzing and reporting the reasons of delay in the schedule and proposing proper solutions -Reporting the improvement of the projects -Calculating and editing the total, monthly, and weekly budget of the projects -Presenting the report of costs and analyzing the terms of payments in projects using the common indexes -Following the appointed tasks to all sectors, technical experts and schedulers -Preparing managerial reports for high level management of the company -Planning, Monitoring and Control of time, cost and resources of different projects in Railway Projects -Participate in and run internal or external project review meetings -Creation of WBS, PMS and relevant procedures -Prepares standard earned value based reports, including schedule updates, cost performance reports and earned value curves -Continual update of the project plans -Provide reporting information for both internal and external use
