• Planning, implementation, monitoring and review of company strategic Plan • Monitoring, reviewing and improving organizational processes • Planning of the company's operating budget and monitoring it • Development of performance analysis reports and dashboards • Development of the EFQM model • Development of the ISO 9001 quality management system

Basic Job requirements: • University Qualifications: MSc in Industrial Engineering Only from Sharif, Amir Kabir, Elm-o-Sanat, Tehran, Khaje-Nasir, Tarbiat Modares, Isfahan University of technology • Length of previous experience: At least 1 years in related activities • Gender Preference: Only men Skills: • Analytical Skill • System Development Skill • Creativity and Innovation • Effective Communication • Knowledge of Strategic Planning • Familiarity with Business Process Management • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems • Familiarity with ISO Standard and EFQM model • Ability of usage of Microsoft Office software
