- Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Preparing & writing reports on market study & economic analysis. - Good knowledge of corporate governance in Holding Companies. - Designing strategic and operational plans in level of Holding Company and its subsidiaries. - Preparing & writing feasibility studies. - Familiar with project management & planning. - Ability of company internal system design. - Good knowledge of English language. - Working with computer and related software. - Good knowledge of financial statements & corporate finance & banking
Requirements
General Requirements: - Degree from well reputed universities in Economics, or Finance, or Socio-economic Systems, and MBA. - Minimum 5 years experience in related fields. - Background experience in Holding Companies is most preferred. - Age up to 35 years old. - Ladies have higher priority
