- Preparing WBS and Project Scheduling
- Preparing initial project plan
- Preparing and updating database of project activities
- Controlling and updating programs such as project time control, project progress control and project scope control
- Controlling and monitoring the performance of different units
- Registration and archive the documentation of project and transfer to the contractor
- Supervision on documentation and information transferring based on company's standards and procedures
- Supervision on proper performing of regulation, procedures and integrated management system instructions
- Performing activities related to project performance analysis, control, providing progress report, checking delay reasoning and appropriate solutions and cooperating in budget controlling
