Job Description

-Analyze backlog, detect problems, and raise alerts to the organization for procurement, supply planning, order management, products engineering -Planning about production forecasting for coming years based on organizational strategies & goals -Monitoring the compare reports between used materials & production size and correcting the differences -Monitoring the statistic reports about production and follow up the reasons of differences, Capacity Control -Perform, study and review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items -Controlling on-time & quick process of reports & information about orders, used materials, production size & … to industrial accounting & other divisions - Producing comprehensive documents such as Process Models, Activity diagrams, Work flows etc. - Develop and implement process metrics to document initial baseline process performance, identify meaningful metrics, track progress, and identify efficiency and quality goals - Review processes, propose efficiency improvements, and implement approved process improvements. - Develop or assist with the improvement of specific policies, instructions, checklists and standards through individual effort or as part of a team effort to improve or resolve issues with current and future activities as directed by the customer

Requirements

- Familiar with Strategic Management, HRM, BSC and Process Management - Strong analytical skills - Fluency in business modeling, planning and processing - Team working skills - Ability to communicate and present effectively -Problem Solver, Critical Thinker, Analyzer, Idea Maker and Fast Learner -Computer skills specially Office Software (Excel)
