Job Description

Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6
Define WBS, activities, logic, durations, and required resources
Monitor schedule and analyze delays, providing corrective actions
Prepare and update detailed budgets for drilling projects.
Control Commitments, Cash Flow, and CBS structure
Monitor and control all project costs, including materials, services, equipment, and personnel.
Track actual expenditures against budgets and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances.
Review and verify invoices from vendors and contractors for accuracy and alignment with contracts and purchase orders and record invoices in the ERP system.
Prepare regular dashboards and analytical reports for project managers and senior management.
Maintain all planning and cost control documentation
Liaise with drilling engineers, procurement, and logistics teams to validate costs and commitments.

Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in cost planning and cost control.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
In-depth understanding of drilling operations, rig activities, and associated cost drivers.
Familiarity with oil and gas contracts, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics.
