1) Review respective discipline deliverable from engineering Contractors
2) Carry out prequalification on potential vendors and prepare request for quotation (RFQ) documents
3) Provide technical support to procurement and construction
4) Inspect and accept the right quality of drawings in accordance with the project specifications, codes and standards
5) Inspect tender's technical proposal from respective discipline points of view to ensure the quality
6) Participate tendering clarification and bid evaluation
7) Review vendors’ post Purchase Order documents and data in accordance with ITT, project codes, standards and drawings.
8) Coordinate relative parties to reply technical query (TQ) and technical deviation request (TDR) raised by contractors
Requirements
1) Should have at least 5 or more years working experience in a similar position, in an Oil & Gas Project
2) Fluent in English
3) Good at communication with Client and Vendors
4) Should know how to prepare RFQ, CBE, PO, reports /presentations for management approval
5) University Degree in Mechanical and Material science Engineering are preferred
