Job Description

• Compliance with the requirements of good manufacturing methods (GMP) for the production and packaging of sterile pharmaceutical products.
• Comply with all the quality standards of the production of injectable products in order to maintain the quality conditions of the product and the health of the patients.
• Supervise the proper execution of all related working instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Meet production requirements, delivering quality products to customers in a timely fashion and cost-effective manner in compliance with National and international standards.
• Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes.
• Implement control systems on the shift or multiple shifts to eliminate product quality discrepancies.
• Identify training needs of personnel to improve their skills.
• Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues of Personnel.
• Responsible for assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the area of production(GMP).
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the quality team for risk assessment and corrective action.
• Do other matters assigned based on Superior orders, in the job field.
