Job Description

-Manage client’s calls, messages, office supplies, correspondence, presentations, coordinating with division supervisors -Schedule meetings/appointments, answering calls, handling emails and documentation. -Keeping up to date with schedules and event calendars -Perform administrative activities, handle and follow-up of travel arrangements and other logistical support -Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners -Coordinating with different divisions

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of relative experience -Good command of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, etc.) -Advanced communication and personal skills -Integrity and confidentiality. -Time Management -Fluent in English -Gender Preference: Only Female
