Job Description
We are looking for a responsible personal assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on various tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication.
The key responsibilities of this position are:
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Participate in meetings and prepare minutes.
- Prepare and edit letters, emails, presentations, and reports and prepare a filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Maintain the manager's office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Conduct or prepare any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
