Job Description
- Scheduling of appointments and meetings: organising meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings and, occasionally, attending meetings to provide general assistance and presentations; - Phone support: screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; - Mail distribution; - Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; - Document preparation: producing documents, reports, presentations and briefing papers; - Organising and filing of paperwork; - Travel arrangements and itineraries: arranging travels, visas and accommodation; - Database management and research: devising and maintaining office systems including data management and filing; - Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Requirements
