-Ensure the Network Performance Management (NPM) tool used by users across the organization is kept running 24x7 to show statistics cross network
-Incident Management & processing
-Troubleshooting & resolving customer requests & problems

Requirements
-B.Sc. or Master Degree in computer engineering Information Technology or related fields
-Deep Knowledge in Oracle Database Administration
-Performance Tuning & Capacity Monitoring
-Other certifications obtained: Oracle, SQL
-SQL Tuning in an Oracle Environment
-Gender Preference: Male
-Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40 Years
