Job Description
As a performance marketing specialist, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an analytical thinker with a growth mindset with a passion for testing, hacking, and learning from the tests you’ll be owning.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and day-to-day optimize acquisition campaigns across all performance marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including but not limited to budget pacing, inbound volume, ROAS, ARR, LTV, and CAC
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and marketing KPIs.
- Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix.
- Manage budgets across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC.
- Design and develop easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards.
- Work with the creative and marketing team to test new strategies and new channels.
- Run various A/B Tests with different strategies based on marketing objectives.
