Job Description

The Role ________________________________________ - Entering personnel information into the accounting system - Collection of monthly performance information of BF personnel of subsidiary units - Entering monthly performance information into accounting software - Calculations of deductions such as premiums, taxes, loans and fees and… personnel. - Payroll calculations - Set up monthly payroll accounting document - Preparing insurance lists, payroll taxes - Preparing Bank Disk - Calculate the personnel leave used

Requirements

Requirements ________________________________________ Our Candidate must: -sex: male -At least Bachelor in Finance, Accounting. - Expert in RAYVARZ systems. - Expert in Excel (such as Excel spreadsheet Formula, pivot, reference functions,) - Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principle - Expert in Legal Issues and Reports, such as VAT, Seasonal Reports, Taxation, SSO, - At least 3 years experiences in the same position. - Confidence to follow through on actions to ensure completion but mindful of when a situation/issues requires escalation. - Team player with good interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination with internal & external Authorities. - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Being Assertive - Good time management skills -dominate of contracting accounting
