Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual that enjoys creating a better product as much as we do. Our goal is to further improve the quality of our current products to better meet our customer’s needs and make it competitive in the global market. Job Description: - Controlling the current production process - Production of new products in the same line as the original formula - Create a training process for the production line - Create a control system for quality assurance during production - Visit the factory for above tasks at least 2-3 times a week

Requirements

Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in; Paint Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or Polymer Engineering - Minimum 3 years of experience working in laboratory environment - Be up-to-date with current paint standards and qualifications - Be knowledgeable about production process and costing - Due to the location of the factory “Male” candidates are preferred - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
