Job Description

- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS/BSS operational management and development - Contribute to support operational evaluations and in co-optation with the Technology team to keep both BSS and Network-operations aligned - Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of users and traffic; manage and prioritize ongoing support requests coming from Business side - Analyzing Business requirements based on OSS/BSS available features - Extracting Reports based on business and management requirements(Ad-hoc and regular)

Requirements

Experience: - +3 years working at a mid-sized to large telecommunications enterprise - Business process analysis experience - Enterprise systems implementation experience Education: -B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Knowledge: - Strong BSS/OSS and/or ERP knowledge required - Telecommunications Industry - Working English knowledge - Computer programming (Java, Python, etc.) - Linux - DB (SQL) Skill & Ability: - Strong ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situations - Ability to identify issues and help develop Strategy and tactical plans for various department initiatives - Time management - Demonstrated risk analysis and control assessment techniques Attitude: - Teamwork - Integrity & honesty - Innovative - Confident and assertive personality - Achievement Orientation - Customer Service Orientation - Initiative - Learning Ability - Technology savvy
