Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals. Implement development tools to meet long and short term business goals. Define change management processes to improve business performance.
Main responsibilities are:
• Conducting performance management system.
• Defining KPI/OKR for each department and having continues measurement,
• Verifying organizational maturity stage and proposing necessary changes based on situation.
• Promoting company culture based on company core values.
• Conducting organizational surveys.
• Preparing action plans in order to cover weak points of surveys outcomes.
• Interpret company strategies into departments.
