Good knowledge of business systems and subsystems Good knowledge of business work flows (process) and sub work flows (sub process) Good knowledge of organizational chart, Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal Strong Interpersonal skills Analytical and synthetically thinking Being responsible and committed Self motivated and willing to take initiative Strong critical and creative thinking skills Ability to organize, interprets, and analyzes large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data. Able to work well both independently and in teams Advanced knowledge of and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel Advanced experience with developing slide presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent Team work and Communication Education: Minimum.
