Job Description

- Implement operational directives derived from a business unit’s business plan. - Responsible for managing a team that will consistently achieve/exceed growth targets. - Oversee/Review completion of monthly management report - Plan, direct, and coordinate the day to day operations that take place within the organization - Responsible for overall profitability of company including management of labor, equipment, supplies, and all other operating expenses - Responsible for increasing profitability by expanding services and add-on business. - Recruiting, training and supervising new employees as well as tracking and measuring staff performance.
