Job Description

-Set up and register appointments and meetings of managers, supervisors and experts -Type and send letters from the unit manager and other administrators to different parts of shatel land and follow them -Separation and distribution of letters and reports and correspondence between the relevant individuals and their follow-up -Customer response and guidance -Preparing the required office supplies and receiving them from the warehouse -Provide a daily report form to Shatel land Manager -Updating the internal numbers registered on the new registration website, renaming and ensuring that the information in this section is up to date. -Archiving and maintenance of paper and electronic documents and messages -Save all files -Take a backup on an external hard drive for essential occasions -Investigation and assignment of the property of the sole employee -Applying the transfer and changing the staff side to the order of the unit manager


-Minimum Bachelor Degree -At least 1 year of relevant work experience- -Mastery of Office skill -Understanding the Writing of Official Letters -Effective communications -Customer Orientation -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 -Familiarity with English language
