Job Description

Objective: Manage the Operations Teams & the warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations within company standards to meet customers’ requirements Main responsibilities: •Manage warehouse team in their day to day operation, train and assist them in the use of warehouse systems and the processing of work orders •Arrange customized and standard logistics procedures & requirements for key customers •Decide on part-time labor needs when necessary and take decisions to tackle business volumes seasonality •Coordinates all activities within warehouses to meet existing projects deadlines and targets •Coordinates all activities and communication between the logistics department and other departments in Aramex where needed. (Freight, Clearance, Domestic, Express...) •Establishes Safety and Security awareness among the logistics team to promote a safe and secure environment Reporting to : Country Manager Subordinates : Warehouse staff Other interactions : Department heads, Clients Number required : 1 Desired start date : Asap Travel requirements : Office location in Kahrizak, Central office Vanaq
