Job Description

- Define, implement and report sales activities - Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers - Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments - Achieve sales objectives - Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way - Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement - Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them - Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods - Manage the sales team - Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers - Sets an example of professionalism through actions and appearance

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 year's sales experience - Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers - Problem Solving & Decision making skills - Good command of MS-Office skills - Gender Preference: Male - Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
